② The Company may provide a separate linked screen, pop-up screen, or confirmation procedure so that users can understand the important contents of these Terms.
③ The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
④ If the Company amends these Terms, it will specify the effective date and reasons for the amendment and announce them together with the current Terms on the initial service screen from 7 days before the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to users, the Company will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and display a comparison of the contents before and after the amendment.
⑤ The Company will generally announce amendments to these Terms through notices on the website and, where necessary, use the main telephone number (02-6958-7070) as a contact number for inquiries. Notice by telephone does not mean individual notification to all users.
⑥ Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., other applicable laws, and general business practices.

③ Medical information displayed on the Service is provided for general guidance. Information on the website does not replace an individual diagnosis, prescription, or medical care by a medical professional.
④ The submission of an inquiry or appointment request alone does not constitute a diagnosis or prescription and does not confirm an appointment. The actual medical care, examinations, and schedule will be provided after confirmation by the hospital.
Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)
① The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in cases of maintenance, inspection, or replacement of information and communications equipment; malfunction; communication failure; natural disaster; urgent security measures; or other justifiable reasons.
② When the reason for the service interruption and the expected resumption are confirmed, the Company will provide notice through the website. However, in urgent or unavoidable circumstances, notice may be provided afterward.

③ Submission of an inquiry or appointment request alone does not constitute a diagnosis or prescription. For urgent health problems, users should not wait for a response through the website, but should use an appropriate medical institution or emergency medical system.
④ In the inquiry and appointment request function, agreement to these Terms and guidance and consent concerning the processing of personal information are separately distinguished. Agreement to these Terms alone does not replace consent to the processing of personal information or sensitive information.

Article 10 (Establishment and Processing of Requests)
① A User's inquiry or reservation request is received upon submission through the website's input form.
② After reviewing the request, the Company will provide information by telephone or another verified means of contact, based on the hospital's confirmation and the available method of providing information.
③ The submission of a request alone does not establish a confirmed reservation, medical treatment contract, examination contract, or prescription.
